ANNUAL REPORT

United Press Association— Copyright (Received February 16, 10.50 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 16.

The annual report of Nelson Bros., Ltd., shows a debit- balance of £32,590. £50,000 has been transferred from the reserve fund to cover the loss on the sale of frozen meat, and to pay a dividend of 4 per cent, on ordinary shares. Air. Alontague Nelson, presiding at the .meeting, said that he had been .informed, and he believed it t-o be true, that a million sterling had been lost at Smithfield during the late depression.
