OLIVER SENTENCED TO TEN

YEARS

After a retirement of an hour and three-quarters, the jury at the Supreme Court to-day found George Oliver guilt of the attempted murder of his wife a.t Ivingsland on December 29th by shooting her, and also of attempted suicide. The prisoner was sentenced to ten years’ hard labor.
