J. ARNST'S APPEAL DISMISSED. [Peu Press Association, j CHRISTOHURCH, Feb. IS. The Council of the League of New Zealand Wheelmen to-night heard the appeals of' J._ Arnst and AI-cTea-giie against the disqualifications imposed by the North Canterbury Centre in connection with the Timaru-Christ-elrarch road race. The appeals in both cases were dismissed.
