GERMAN RIOTS.

FIGHTING FOR VOTES

United Press Association— Copyright

BERLIN, Feb. 20

Renewed franchise rioting has occurred at Frankfort. It was worse than that which occurred in Berlin. Twenty police were injured by stones and bottles. 'Fifty demonstrators were injured, suffering from sabre slashes and pistol shots. The “Frankfurter Zeitung” states that the police have long been patient with a mob of rowdies who have finally overstepped all bounds. The police made charges wherever shouts were raised, sabring and clubbing the innocent and guilty alike.
