'The toasts to each other’s health exchanged by the Tsar of Russia and Ferdinand 1., King of the Bulgarians, at the recent Tsarlkoselo banquet, have displeased the Turkish newspapers, because they are considered to be irreconciliable with the declarations of Russ-o-Turkish friendship.
