Dr. Do Lisle, officer in. charge of theHawke’s Bay Scouts, strongly protests against the charges of mismanagement levelled against the Hutt Park camp authorities. He asserts that there were ' plentiful food sunnlies and the arrangements were perfect for the boys’ comfort. ITis hoys wanted nothing and appreciated the forethought shown. NEW PLYMOUTH, Fob. 28.

There is great indignation here at the shocking mismanagement in connection with the cadet encampment at Hutt Park. The local boys were away four days, and had scarcely a decent meal a] Ithe time, nor decent sleeping accommodation.
