THE ESTIMATES FOR 1910.

United Press Association— Copyright (Received March 4, 9.55 p.m.) LONDON, March 4. The British Army estimates total £27,760,000. Mr. Haldane explained that the increase of £325,000 is due to the striking success of the Comity Association’s efforts to fill the ranks of the territorial units. The total regular establishment shows an increase of a> thousand men, and recruits offering exceed the number voted. Two large dirigibles will be shortly available.
