Owing to the. ill-usage of some Carlton girls bv North Alelbourno roughs, about 300 Carlton men arid girls engaged in an all-round fight last night with a large body of North Melbourne larrikins. The fight lasted two hours. Sticks and stones were used, and large numbers were injured. The police. ar ~ rested several of tlie ringleaders. About 600 took part in the. affray.
