The principal of Morris Heights College, Providence, has expelled Philander Knox, son of the Secretary of State, for refusing to say whether lie was married. He had eloped with Mary Boler, a draper’s assistant. The couple now admit that they are married, and are returning to Washington to ask Mr. -Knox for liis blessing.
