The newspaper “Scotsman” reports that, despite official assurance, Sir ‘Wilfrid Laurier’s health is causing anxiety. He is suffering from affection of 'the facial nerves, and is ageing rapidly. His illness is making the passage of the Navy Bill stormy, since Mr. Feilding is not master of his men.
