PERTH, March 19. Disastrous bush fires are raging in Blackwood district, extending for 60 miles along the coast. LAWN TENNIS—AUSTRALASIAN CHAMPION DOUBLES. The Australasian Doubles Championship was won by Rice and Campbell (New South Wales), who defeated Heath (Victoria) and O’Dea (South Australia), 6—3, 6 —4, 7—5. JAPANESE WARSHIPS AT SYDNEY. SYDNEY, March 20. . The Japanese warships Sayo and Aso have reached Sydney. They received the \isual salutes, and official visits were exchanged.
