The Board of Trade is endeavoring to find a basis of settlement for the dispute. DEADLOCK IN SOUTH WALES. (Deceived March 21, 1.15 a.m.) LONDON, March 19. In the South Wales coal case, the Conciliation. Board has terminated the negotiations. The concessions on both sides were rejected, and a deadlock has arisen.
