(Received March 21, 9.30 p.m.) CAIRO, March 21. Mr. Roosevelt visited the temples at Philae and the Assouan dam.

Speaking to a deputation of native officers of the Egyptian army, Mr. Roosevelt warned them against combining soldiery and politics. Mr. Roosevelt is to arrive at Naples on April 2nd, and thence proceeds to Paris and Vienna, reaching Berlin on May 10th, London on May 15th, and America early in June.
