CHANGE TO COLD AND RAIX
After threatening during the earlier part of the- day, rain began to fall heavily about 3 o’clock yesterday a-tter-noon, and continued with little intermission during the evening, and night. The weather at the same time became much colder. Per Press Association.! WANGANUI, March 21. The weather has undergone a complete change, being now wet and cold.
