TEN NEW RUBBER COMPANIES
TO BE FORMED

Prospectuses of ten rubber companies were issued to-day. The capitals aggre. gate £2,500,000. Prospectuses of two oil companies have also .been issued, with capitals running to £425,000. The “Daily Telegraph” says the high price of rubber has made some Para cargoes so valuable that it is difficult to find sufficient markets to insure them. Fifteen shillings per cent., was paid on Saturday. The ordinary rate is four shillings.
