SUCCESS OF NEW EXHIBITORS.

United Press Association —Copyright (Received March 22, 10 p.m.) SYDNEY, March 22. The judging day of the Royal Agricultural Society’s show was favored with fin© weather and a large attendance. All sections of exhibits were well represented, and in numerous departments- the entries were a record. In sheep (British sections), New Zealand exhibitors were well to the front. Mr. John Nixon took all the prizes in English Leicesters, including two champions and two ' reserve, champions. In Border Leicesters, for ram two years old', Mr. Nixon was first and champion'; for ram under two years, Mr. J. B. Reid was first, and Mr. John Rennie second and' third; for ewe two years old, Mr. Rennie was first and champion, and Mr. John Nixon, second ; for ewe under two years, Mr. J. x>. Reid was first.

In Romney Marsh, for ewe under two years, Mr. Reid took first and reserve champion, also second and third ; for ram under two years, Mr. Reid was third. The principal prizes in other long wool classes went to local exhibitors.

SUCCESS OF NEW ZEALAND-BRED HORSES.

In the horse awards, for blood stallions, four years and over, first and champion went to. Sir Aymer, second and reserve champion were awarded to Gallant. In trotters, pacers, and stallions, four years and over, the New Zealand-bred Almont took first and champion. In heavy Clydesdales, Mr Greentree’s New Zealand-bred Plucky Willie was first and champion. For four year olds and over, Darnley, again another New Zealand-bred" animal,., took second and reserve champion while for three year old s Royal Fergus gained first and honors. Kingarlock and' Alexander’s Pride, both New Zealand-bred horses, secured' second and third. In mares, Messrs Colvin Bros.’ Bonnie was first and 1 champion, and Mr. Bourke’s New Zealand-bred Lady Wall second and' reserve champion.
