EXTENSION TO NEW ZEALAND. United Press Association —Copyright LONDON, March 28, The P. and O. Company intends extending the voyages of certain steamers during the ensuing autumn, which will provide New Zealand with direct comfn unication. via Suez during the outward and homeward seasons. (Received, March 30, 12.50 a.m.) ■SYDNEY, March 29. ,In connection with the extension of the Peninsular and Oriental Company’s service to New Zealand, it is understood that the vessels will proceed to Auckland and Wellington alternately.
