PRINCE LEOPOLD OF BATTENBURG
TOUR OF THE DOIIIimOX. [VER PRKS3 ASSOCIATION.! AUCKLAND, Jam 23. Prince Leopold of Bnttonburg, second son of Princess Beatrice, arrived by the ■s,v. Victoria from Sydney on Sunday, ruin left for Wellington by last night's exnress, the Governor’s carriage being attached to the train. Prince Leopold will he met at Wellington by the Governor, proceeding to Christchurch by steamer the same night. Tie will he met bv Sir Janies and Lady Mills. Sir Janies forms a party, and will tour New Zealand with the Prince from South to North, the trip extending over three ■weeks. The Piince proceeds hence to Japan.
