Judgment was given to-day in the inquiry into, the stranding of the. scoav Zingara at Karamea on January 13th, the Court being of the opinion that the stranding Vmder the circumstances was unavoidable, and no blame. Avas attachable to anyone concerned, and from first to last all was done which under tlie circumstances could reasonably have been expected from tlie. parties concerned. The Court made an order for the payment by the Crown of the expenses of Captain Fletcher and Messrs Kemp and Somers, totalling £69
