He- alluded to the King’s parting words to him: ‘.‘You go with the goodwill of your King and Queen.” Mr. Ramsay MacDonald addressed the Congress on the question of the unrest in the industrial world. He. declared that the only remedy was to make the mutual rights of individuals not an economic power basis of industrial agreements. The Congress cheered liis proposal that the Free Church ministers should participate in the Coronation.
