UNDECIDED TOMMY. WANTS TO PLAY LACROSSE; Tommy Burns is seeking an engagement with the leading lacrosse team in Vancouver, and his pecuniary demands are not tempered by modesty. The team manager hesitates to enter into a. contract with the ex-heavyweight champion, as he has a vivid recollection of Burns’ complaints about Iris injured knee. Burns states that he needs the training to get fit for the fight-game. LESTER V. LANG. TO FIGHT IN SYDNEY. Tommy Burns has replied to the cable from Mr. M'lntosh asking what terms Lester will require to meet Lang in Sydney on Easter Monday. It is thought that the reply is satisfactory. for Lester will leave Seattle by the next boat for Australia, and Burns will accompany him.
