THE GISBORNE CLUB. A good number of bowlers assembled at the Gisborne green on Saturday afternoon and some enjoyable games were played. The following are the resiits: —Allen, Robertson, Pettie and Bright 26 beat Cobb, Zachariah, Smith and Ponsford 20. Humphries. Maker, Johnstone, and Paltridge 22 beat Ashton, Brown, AVootton and Kyrne 18. Roberts and Elliott 21 boat ATeCallum and Redstone 18. TURANGANUI CLUB. There was a good attendance at the .Turan.ga.mui Club’s green on Saturday afternoon, wheiii a numlier of enjoyable games were played. —Bennett. Cup.— By Sawyer’s defeat of Robertson in the Bennett Clip competition by 24 to 13. Sawyer now"leads in the A section.
