A SUPPOSED VICTIM NOT ON BOARD.
(UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION- -COPYRIGHT .J BRISBANE, April 11. It has .transpired that Arthur Garling, formerly purser of the Yongala, mentioned as one of the supposed lost, was not on the vessel on the fatal voyage.
