A CRITICAL SITUATION.
HIGH WIND AND LITTLE WATER
[UfIfITED PRESS ASSOCIATION--COPYRIGHT.J TOKIO, April 10. The fire is still raging. The high wind prevailing and a shortage of water make the situation critical. The Azakuga quarter has also been completely destroyed. Several hundred people have been burnt, some fatally. The European quarter is not in danger.
