A BLACK HAND OUTRAGE. THE OCCUPANTS NARROW ESCAPE. 'UNITED PREBB ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT.! ROME, May 10. An American couple named Train, who were investigating the inter-rela-tions between the Italian societies and the American Black-handers, were motoring through Viterbo (where the Camorra trial is being held),,when miscreants' set fire to some benzine which was dripping beneath the car. The occupants were rescued with difficulty. The car and a valuable jewel case were destroyed.
