(Received May 12, 12.25 a.m.) MEXICO CITY, May 11. The town of Jaurez has been formally surrendered, and the Federal general has been made captive. Madero, the revolutionary leader, says lie is ready to treat for peace on the terms as previously offered. The dead on both sides do: not exceed 100' With, say, 200 wounded l . The rebels captured much ammunition and several machine guns. NATIVES' LOSE 80 KILLED. (Received May 11, 11.40 p.m.) TANGIER, May 11. After the defeat outside Fez the Benimters left eighty dead on the field. GERMANY REASSURED REGARDING FRANCE. BERLIN, May 11.
