DAMAGE ESTIMATED AT £1,250,000. Estimates of the damage done by the great fire in Bangor.- Maine- vary; but at the very least the amount is placed at £1,250,000. No further -Joss -off life has beerjSreported. But for the rain and the. change of wind that set in the whole city might have been devastated. The authorities are now busily employed in, housing the homeless and feedng the hungry.
