AUSTRALIAN PRODUCTS.

CANADA AS A GREAT MARKET

Interviewed in Ottawa Mr A. Poy-n----ton, a member of the Australian House of Representatives, said that the more he saw of 'Canada the more convinced he became that in the Dominion there was a great market for Australian meat, fruit and dairy produce. To make the export of these 'products a great success it would be necessary to have adequate cool storage space and a quick steamship service. Mr Poyntoh/further stated that Australia should have her own people to retail the goods in Canada, as well ,as stands at all the principal wholesale markets.
