According to the “Evening Times” Government officials in Ireland are closely watching the progress of the anti-Home i Rule movement among Ulstermen, i . • It is asserted that the authorities are even planning action against the. leaders, in which case trouble is sure to be precipitated. Official stenographers are attending all the meetings held by Ulstermen, and securing notes for future reference. A noticeable change in the methods of the party is that instead of speakers being sent to England to harangue the British electors the funds hitherto med for this purpose are being devoted to organisation, at home. .
