Mr. Osborne, on behalf of the Trade Union Political Freedom League, demands that the Government Bill shall. be amended in order to separate a political fund from ordinary contributions. Ho claims that the Consent of the majority of the members should bei obtained before the objects of the Union were altered in order to include party politics. It would be necessary that objectors should not he called upon to sign a form of exemption which would make them the subjects of persecution.
