tPEI PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON, June 19. The estate of T. J. Riddiford l:as been valued for probate at £300,000. The large landed interests of the deceased are covered by deed of partnership with liis sons, executed in 1907. Under this deed stamp duty amounting to £12,238 lias been paid. The deceased’s interests revert to the surviving partners, three sons, Edward, Daniel, and Eric, who now control the 92,420 acres under the partnership deed ; 69,904 acres of this are freehold.
