[UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT. (Received June 20, 12.40 a.m ) LONDON, June 19. One thousand seamen and firemen at Hull have struck. The Allan and Doneldson lines at Glasgow have conceded the increase demanded, and several owners in London have made concessions. The "Times” states that a complete victory would give the seamen an average advance of £lO per annum, involving to British shipping an increased burden of £1,375,000 per annum.
