PATHE PICTURES
The change of pictures, made on Wednesday and last evening by the Pathe Picture proprietary, occasioned further commendation. The legend “The Fall of Troy”, which was submitted on both evenings, is a production of undeniable merit, and should remain long in the memories of those who witnessed it. By special request the proprietary will screen “The Fall of Troy” to-night. The star item will be reinforced by a stmng selection of entirely new pictures, the most noteworthy of which is a drama entitled “Thomas A’Becket,” which is said to be a very fine picture, notably for the ability with which the various characters are impersonated and for the excellence of the stagecraft. Dramatic scenic and comic subjects are represented by some of the best of recent productions.' "This evening the management of the Pathe Pictures intend to screen the historical drama, “The Fall of Troy.,” for the last time in Gisborne with a programme in every other particular entirely new.
