THE CLASSICAL CAMORRA.

NO LONGER IN EXISTENCE. WHAT PRESENT ORGANISATION IS. Some interesting evidence was given at the trial of the Oamorlists in Viterbo, recently. Signor Simmetti, a police' official, declared that the classical Camorra no longer existed. 'The present-day organisation of the notorious secret "society, said the witness, was nothing more than a group of criminals, who blackmailed thieves by demanding a big share in- whatever plunder the latter secured. The Clamor lists also practised usury. Signor Simmetti denied that the informer Abbatemaggio was a member of the Camorra.
