Jabez Richard Kitcliingman, whose death is recorded, was 93 years of age. •He saw the coronation of George IV., William IV., and Queen Victoria, A REMARKABLE RECORD.. . Both morning papers gave publicity to-dav to a statement that Mrs. Elizabeth Ross, midwife, whose death is reported at the age of 3, assisted at the, birth of nearly 9000 persons during .the 39 years she was practising in Christchurch.
