DIFFICULTIES OF EXTRADITION. IFER PRESS ASSOCIATION.J WELLINGTON, July 20. Information arrived by the Aorangi from 'S'an Francisco to-day in connection with the arrest of two persons in San Francisco charged with robbery at Kolin’s jewellery shop, Auckland. The New Zealand: constable whoi went over to bring the accused back is still in ’Frisco, and when the mail left was likely to bo compelled to go to Washington, to bring back the persons for whose extradition he went to the United States.
