GISBORNE CLUB. R W KYME TAKES CHAMPION CUP. The final for the Champion Singles, between R. W. Kyme, winner of the A section, and W. Paltridge, winner of the B section, was played off at tiie Gisborne green on Saturday afternoon, and caused a great deal of interest. The game was expected to be closely fought, hut Kyme was in deadly form and never allowed Paltridge a look in, eventually securing a runaway victory of 25 points to 7. Kyme’s drawing was little short of perfect, and he had Paltridge driving almost throughout the game.
