RUSSIAN FAILS TO GET HiS NATURALISATION PAPERS!.

Wladyslaw Jazeph Krawteliek has ben denied the privilege of becoming a citizen of the United States because he is not able to prove that he is legally in the United States. He was told by Circuit Judge Gantenbein that he must either show the record of liis entry into the United States or forego his chance of becoming a citizen. How he is to supply this proof is a. problem, for Krawteliek was admitted into this country under the name of William Dowsky, and the record is of no use to him. Ho is a native of Russia.
