SUMMARY AND FORECAST. iPKE PRESS ASSOCIATION .J WELLINGTON, August 10. 'The Meteorological Office to-night issued the following weather summary and forecast: The westerly area of low pressure passed in the south during the night, and the winds have changed to moderate to strong southerlies, with fair to cloudy weather and showers in parts, especially on the West Coast. The barometer has been very unsteady. Present indications are for cool and changeable weather, with moderate to strong southerly and westerly _ winds predominating. The barometer is very Unsteady and will probably fall again shortly.
