A magnificent hotel for the use or immigrants has recently been opened at Buenos Ayres. Although but two stories high, it has sleeping accommodation for 3200 persons, and railroad ticket offices are'maintained on the premises so that those destined for the interior can purchase transportation without going outside of the hotel.
