SUMMARY AND FORECAST. CPER PRESS ASSOCIATION.J WELLINGTON, Sept. 11.. The' Meteorological Office to-night issued the following weather summary and forecast: — The ,barometer has fallen everywhere, and easterly and northerly . winds increased strong to gale, especially in the northernmost districts, and on. the west coast of the South Island. Rain Has fallen in those parts, and! unsettled and cloudy conditions elsewhere on Sunday. Present indications are for cloudy and unsettled weather generally, and rain in most carts- of the country with northerly winds, strong to gale, and veering to westerly. The, barometer is unsteady ■at --resent in the south, but has a falling tendency everywhere.
