TURANGANUI CLUB. A meeting of the match committee of the Turanganui Bovding Club was held in the club’s pavilion yesterday afternoon, when matters were gone into with a view of an early commencement of matches next season. —Pennant Fours.— The following classification ot players was decided upon for the club’s Pennant Fours challenge games : A Section.—E. Robertson, W. O. Sheet, I. S. Sim son, A. Sawyer, R. Thelwall, J. P. Williams, S. Wootton. B Section.—H. C. Anderson, R. M. Birrell, Dan. Barry, D. J. Barry, C. Birss, W. H. Clayton, Dr. Collins, W. F. Crawford, J. A. Caesar, S. Earle, G. Evans, H. J. Finn, F. C. Fiddy, F. Gray, D. Hepburn, W. Howard, T. Holden, W. Hamon, W. Hay, E. P. Joyce, J. B. Leydon, W. McPherson, D. B. McSkimming, G. Wcdlj. —Douglas Feathers.— It was resolved that the classification for the Pennant Fours apply also to the challenge pairs competition for the Douglas Feathers. —Cope Feathers.— It was decided that immediately the season opens entries be taken for Handicap Fours for tlie Cope Feathers, and to take a firm stand with a view of having all matches played within specified dates.
