SYDNEY, Sept. 15., The course proper was opened at Randwidk to-day, and the visitors included Several New Zealand sportsmen. Lady Medallist, Sandhath and Bridge with light-weights up, ran a convincing mile, the two former in 7min 46sec., Bridge taking half a second longer: Los Angelos was restricted! to easy work. Midnight Sun ran seven furlongs in lmin 34sec., and Pierine a- similar distance in lmin 33Lsec. Vice-Admiral easily beat Culprit and Genius in a mile gallop, in lmin 47^se_c, Aphaea had the call over Sunburnt in a seven furlongs gallop, done in lmin 4-Osec.
