The following, hours and arrangements will take effect in connection therewith: — Post offices will be opened from 9 to 10 a.m. for the delivery of correspondence only., ■ ' On Saturday previous a delivery of all correspondence will be made over the . counter from 7 to 8 p.m., and also at the same hour from private box wicket. Letter carriers will make a delivery on Saturdaj’ afternoon. All mails usually closed on Monday will be closed finally,at 7.15 a-m. for the day.
