AM IMPORTANT SALE.
MR. THOMAS HACCHE’S WELLKNOWN PROPERTY.
In the advertising columns of this morning’s issue appear particulars of the sale of Mr. Thomas Haeche’s wellknown property, comprising 108 acres, divided into 21 sections, situated opposite the junction of Ormond Road and the Makauri Road, which is to be’offered for sale by the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Ltd. (in conjunction with Mr. G. G. Bloore), on the premises, on Thursday, October 12. The sections vary 'in area from three to over 11 acres, and a large new dwelling and store on section 2. There should be keen demand for the sections, which are within a short distance of Gisborne by a good road, 'and should furnish ideal residences for country settlers or business.men. The property is within a short distance of the Makauri school, and the land is the pick of the rich Poverty Bay flats, being adaptable alike for dairying, fruit groAving, or market gardening. The terms are exceptionally easy, which should increase the keen competition there is bound to be for the sections. On the same date the balance of Mr. Hacche’s live stock and plant will be offered, particulars of which appear this morning. The stock and plant will be offered at noon, while the land sale will take place at 2.30 p.m. Luncheon will be provided. , y ' • 1
