THE ANNUAL MEETING. J.PER PRESS ASSOCIATION-.! AUCKLAND, Sept. 29. 'The annual report of the South British Insurance Company states that the net revenue- for the year was £388,266 14s 8d: surplus in revenue account £87,174 3s 9d; credit of profit and loss account. £112,971 3s lOd; transferred to reserve fund, £40,000. 'Tlie directors recommend a dividend of one shilling and ninepence per share for the half year, absorbing £17,500, and a bonus to the staff of £6,500, leaving £24,59S 9s Id to carry to the new account.
