BY MESSRS WILLIAMS AND KETTLE.

At His Majesty’s Theatre this morning at 11 a.m. Messrs Williams and Kettle Ltd., will hold their annual hnd sale. A full list of the properties to be offered at the sale appears on our last page, and a perusal of same will convince those in search of town, suburban or country properties that the selection is a good one. We have been particularly requested to point out the easy terms that have been arranged for the Endcliffe sections, namely, 10 per cent, cash, 10 per cent, in three months, 10 per cent, in six months, balance in three or five years at six per cent. The reserves in the other instances have been fixed at low figures, and terms are all in favor of buyers.
