SUMMARY AND FORECAST
(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON. Nov. 8. The barometer continues low and unsteady in the South, with strong westerly winds generally, and cloudy and unsettled weather at times and showers in parts. Present indications are for high westerly winds generally, with hazy and changeable weather. The barometer lias a falling: tendency.
