(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Nov. 8. The Post Office has received back from Tasmania several thousand letters for tbe Commercial Bank of Tasmania, at Hobart or Launceston, containing remittances for investment in Tattersail’s sweeps. The Department learns that the recent embargo placed' on correspondence for the Bank was removed on the bank undertaking to refuse to deliver such letters.
