PURSUANT to the provisions of Part 11. of the Motor Regulation Act, 190 S, notice is hereby. given that tliis Council did, by resolution passed at a Special Meeting cf the Council held on the 30th October, 1911, decide that Part 11. of the Motor Regulation Act, 190 S, shall be brought into operation in the County of Cook, on the Ist day of December, 1911.
